What if I can't login in to your support site?

The Solution

I’m sorry that you can’t login into our help desk.

Here are some suggestions to resolve this situation:

1. Do you have an account?

Login details for any other site will not work here.  You must register for the support site separatly from any other site or logins that may be part of our network. 

If you're unsure if you registered you may want to check old emails in your email account, as we do send a confirmation when you do register with our support site.

2. Have you tried the "Forgot Password"  link?

Often this is the easiest way to recover, reset your password.  The system will immediately send you a reset password link and you can follow the directions provided to reset your password.

3. Email Us manually. 

If the above situation are not the case, or do not work, as a last resort you may email us at: helpdesk {at} dihsupport.com and we will manually reset your login details and get it working for you. 

Please Note: This is a manual process and may take up to 72 hours to resolve.  It is not as easy as just resetting your password.  We must manually 'recreate' your account.  This is because the original password you created is NOT known to us - and for security reasons it is encrypted the moment you created it.  As such, you, and only you, knew what the password was.  We can not retrieve a password manually.
